Have you been away on any trips or travels lately? Where have you been? Who did you go with?

At Bridges we often go on various trips including to Glenshee, the new Scottish Parliament building and some of the lucky ones have even been to Hungary. Share your trip with us by writing a short report. Why not include some nice pictures too?!

Bridges Summer BBQ - 2006

We went to Musselburgh East Learning Centre for our summer day outing as the weather wasn't very good and it was too wet for a BBQ.

Glenshee by Reece

1st Day

We arrived by car and got settled into our dorms, put all of our clothes away and then had lunch. First activity was the tree climb - we all took part in it except June and Gill. Then we did the box climb - I got eight boxes high, Jamie got twelve boxes high, Kyle got fourteen boxes high and Euan got fourteen as well.

A trip to Toronto by Paul H

Day One

When we landed at Toronto it was pouring with rain, just as it had been when we left Edinburgh. The local time in Toronto was 3pm, 5 hours behind Scotland. We checked in at the hotel, had our tea in the restaurant and didn't do much as we were all tired.
