Trips
Have you been away on any trips or travels lately? Where have you been? Who did you go with?
At Bridges we often go on various trips including to Glenshee, the new Scottish Parliament building and some of the lucky ones have even been to Hungary. Share your trip with us by writing a short report. Why not include some nice pictures too?!
Bridges Summer Outing - 2007
We went to Musselburgh East Learning Centre for our summer day outing as the weather wasn't very good and it was too wet for a BBQ.
We were split into 2 teams and played loads of fun games against each other. We had to dress one of our team mates up as a mummy using toilet roll. In my team we dressed up Sean and the other team did James, here are our mummies:
We then played another game when we all sat in a big circle and had to each roll a dice, if you got a 6 you had to go into the middle of the circle put a hat, scarf and gloves then use the knife and fork to cut the bar of chocolate up, the team with the most squares of chocolate on their team won, what a laugh we had!
We also played another game where we had to sook a smartie up with a straw from one plate and put it on the other, it was hard to sook when we were laughing so much!
After lunch we had a big game of rounders, the teams were quite competitive and after running about for a while we all needed a rest before heading home.
Here we are playing rounders:

We all had a great laugh!
