I love Formula 1 racing and always look forward to the start of the new season. This year the teams have changed quite a lot and the rules have changed too... so who's going to win the Drivers' Championship this year? There are more to compete for the Constructors' Championship too!

I'm not a particularly sporty person and I don't really even like to watch it much on TV but there are a few that I do like and Formula 1 is my absolute favourite.

My dad is a huge fan of Formula 1 so I guess I inherited my love of it from him. The start of this year's season is sooooo close now, with the race in Bahrain taking off on Sunday 12 March.

The teams change on a regular basis so it's hard to support just one, especially if you like specific drivers. Probably my all-time favourite team is Williams and the drivers I like include: Juan Pablo Montoya, David Coulthard, Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso - basically anyone other than Michael Schumacher.

Fernando Alonso was the "youngest ever driver to win" last year and I hope he gives Schumacher a run for his money this time too. The rules have changed again this year though, and they do favour Schumi. It should be interesting to watch - I can't wait for it to start!
