Bridges Team play badminton every week and with more people we could set up a tournament. We also have unihoc equipment and a basketball too, so come along and get involved.

Circuits

At our Monday morning fitness session at the East Lothian Community Centre we challenged ourselves with some circuit training.

We had 4 stations with different activities:

  • The first stop was 10 jumping-jacks

  • The next was 10 body reaches with the basket ball (reaching above your head to your toes)

  • Then 10 step-ups on the ball

  • 10 press-ups

  • then a sprint back!

The girls struggled a wee bit with the press-ups but good effort from everyone! We're going to add new stations on every week to build up our fitness!
