Games
Do you know your XBox from your PS2? Is it the game that's important or the platform? Is Grand Turismo the coolest to play?
Or do you prefer other types of games? Which is the best board game? Does Jenga beat them all or do you prefer Scrabble?
We'd love to hear your views and recommendations!
Pro Evolution Soccer 5
by Max
Pro Evolution Soccer 3 was one of my favourite games but I've not had as much fun with the more recent versions - Pro Evo 5 promises more realistic gameplay but I just can't get into it at all. The graphics and animations look more realistic than ever, and your mum would be hard pressed to tell the difference between this showing on your TV screen and a live Champions League game, but unfortunately the cheesy commentary is as bad as ever.
I used to recommend the Pro Evo games over the slick but flawed Fifa series, but now I'd rather crumple the manual for this game into a ball and kick that around. Perhaps the game designers might like to remember that they are making a game and not a simulation of football when producing Pro Evo 6.
