Art at Bridges

Art at Bridges!

Let your creative side loose on a Tuesday afternoon at Bridges. You can try silk painting, jewellery making, ceramic painting, digital photography and lots more.

Photographs of your completed work can then be displayed on this page.

So far we've experimented with different types of painting including using silk, ceramic, canvas and glass paints. We've also made slogans for the walls at Bridges, dabbled with computer art and tried some sculpting - it's great fun!

Slogans

The young people at Bridges Project have been asked to come up with ideas on brightening up the corridors in our building.

Each young person has taken a word in relation to employability e.g. enthusiasm, teamwork, commitment, etc. and have come up with ways to make the words more striking.

Some ideas so far are: collages of what the word means to them, using magazine and newspaper clippings to display the words and printing off imagery from the internet.
