Developing Yourself

Lots of young people find it difficult to be confident in new situations and with new people. Our Personal Development Worker for 14-18 year olds can help you to improve your self esteem and confidence, to manage relationships better and to de-stress your life.

She can also work with you to look at where you are heading in your life and to make a plan to achieve all that you want to. She can see you one-to-one or in a small group if that is better for you.

Caroline Says:

"I have been teaching the group lots of guitar chords and runs for the past year. It is sometimes hard but really fun when I see people picking things up. The guitar can give you discipline and everyone always goes away with a smile on their face. It's good working together and being sociable."
