Two Generous Donations Received

We are delighted to be the recipients of two recent donations which will help our work with young people.  The Inner Wheel Club of Musselburgh has donated £200 through its members' charitable fundraisng activities and is a real demonstration of the Club members' personal comittments to service within the community and supporting local charities.  We are also very happy to be the recipients of £100 from Whitekirk Golf Club's Ladies Section. This donation represents the proceeds of a tombola which was held as part of the recent Ladies Open Greensome competition, involving golfers from Whitekirk and surrounding golf clubs.  The generosity of the members from both these clubs is hugely appreciated.  You can find out more about these donors below:

"I still have a lot to learn but it has given me a chance to help with my confidence and try new things. I really enjoy working at Cancer Research and I would tell other young people to do a work practice placement. It's good for your CV."
