Groupwork Programme Bridges Project offers young people a wide variety of opportunities through trips, visits, European exchanges group activities and events and young people are expected to be involved in the development of the programme.
All of these activities are provided in order to broaden young people’s horizons and to assist them in acquiring the skills for self reliance and employability. Such skills are categorised under the following headings: reliability, motivation, interpersonal skills, basic skills, health and fitness and problem solving skills.

- Outdoor activities
- Young women’s group
- Glenshee residential team building programme
- Cooking group
- Website group
- DJ Workshop
- Rant 'n’ Rave
- Music group
- Health and fitness group
Individual and group achievements are carefully monitored and reflected back to young people using Bridges to Employability.
